HABADA collaborates with community groups, civil society organizations, and state institutions at the grassroots level to ensure that every individual enjoys their rights as citizens, as enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Constitution and laws of the Democratic Republic of East Timor. We advocate for the voices of local community groups, civil society organizations, and state institutions to be heard at municipal and national levels.
