On April 20, 2026, the NGO Hali Ba Dame (HABADA) signed a Public Subsidy contract with the Civil Society Support Office (GASC) with a total budget of USD 15,000 (fifteen thousand US dollars), for a period of six (6) months, starting from April to September 2026, to implement Community Security Training activities.
