On August 6, 2024, the Executive Director of HABADA, Mr. Abel Amaral, held a courtesy meeting with the representative of the General Commander of the National Police of Timor-Leste, Mr. Virgilio D. Correia, Chief of the Legal Advisory Office of the National Police Command, and his team. The purpose of this meeting was to introduce HABADA’s role to the Police Command and to express HABADA’s desire to establish a partnership with the PNTL in the future. The meeting took place at the National Police Command Headquarters in Dili, Timor-Leste.
