On 26 February 2026, the Executive Director of HABADA, Abel Amaral, held a courtesy meeting with the Timor-Leste Police Development Program (TLPDP) in Dili. The objective of the meeting was to introduce HABADA’s work, including its initiatives in monitoring, advocacy, and policy analysis on police governance and community security.
The meeting was attended by:

- Mr. Jose Turquel, Senior Government and Ministerial Policy Advisor
- Ms. Floriana Oliveira, HR Advisor
The meeting was held at the TLPDP office in Dili, Timor-Leste.
