On October 9, 2024, the Civil Society Support Office (GASC) and 16 organizations, including the NGO Hali Ba Dame (HABADA), signed a contract with GASC to implement a program that was formalized today with a budget amounting to USD 8,940.00 (Eight Thousand Nine Hundred and Forty U.S. Dollars). The program will be implemented over two months, from October to November 2024.
