On October 15, 2024, the Executive Director of HABADA, Mr. Abel Amaral, held a courtesy meeting with the Lalawa Village cheif, Mr. Zeferino Jesus de Richman, in Tilomar Sub District, Covalima Municipality . The purpose of the meeting was to introduce HABADA’s role to the community leader.
