On October 15, 2024, the Executive Director of HABADA, Mr. Abel Amaral, held a courtesy meeting with the Administrative Post Administrator of Tilomar, Mr. Venancio Sarmento, in the Municipality of Covalima. The purpose of the meeting was to introduce HABADA’s role to the respective Administrative Post Authority.
