On December 2, 2024, HABADA’s Program Manager, Mr. José Lino Constantino Pereira, participated in a discussion on the importance of the Draft Cybercrime Law, data protection, privacy, and online commerce. The discussion was facilitated and organized by the Hadomi Timor Foundation and held at the Alfela Hall in Vila Verde, Dili, Timor-Leste.
