HALI BA DAME (HABADA), on 15 May 2025, carried out the Youth and Community Engagement for Peace program, held at the Manatuto Youth Center, Manatuto Sub District, Manatuto Municipality.
At the same time, HABADA also launched the Community Security Education Manual, officially launched by the Deputy Ambassador of Australia to Timor-Leste, together with the Municipal Authority of Manatuto, including representatives from the security authorities.
This program is supported by the Australian Embassy’s Direct Aid Program in Timor-Leste.
